Cost: $60 per term per person

Chi Balls, mats and stretch bands are available for sale.

Tai Chi

Date & Time: Mondays & Fridays 11:00 - 11:45am,

Thursdays 4:30pm - 5:15pm

Tai Chi morning classes compliment our strength training classes, run outside in the beautiful mountain air by volunteers time.

Cost: Gold coin donation (participants need to be current financial members of Mount Beauty Neighbourhood Centre).

Achievers Support Group

Date: Thursdays

Time: 8:30am - 9:30 am

Cost: $5 per person

Weight loss the healthy way with the achievers. Help put a program together to suit your goals. Exercise circuit 30 min. Smoothie at 9 am with a discussion of shared ideas of what will work for you. Weekly weigh-ins and recording food journals and weekly tips.

Ballroom Dancing

for Fun & Fitness

Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Cost: $2.00 Donation

Join us and have fun while learning to dance Ballroom, Latin American and Rock & Roll. Discover that you don't have two left feet and be amazed by your hidden skills. Wear comfortable shoes for dancing in.
