The Salvation Army Homelessness Services - Outreach Connection Program

The Outreach Connections program offers support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness.

We do this by offering case management to assist people to find stable accommodation, maintain their current accommodation or to access specialist and mainstream services in the community. 

We can offer practical assistance such as assisting our clients to get to appointments or linking them with social and recreational activities in their area.

We have staff who work across the Hume region of Victoria and will be spending time at the Mt. Beauty Neighbourhood Centre the second Tuesday of each month to provide information and support to those who need it.
