Due to Vicki being on holidays, strength training sessions will be suspended for Term 3.

Service Description

Classes will resume on Monday, 6th October. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing everyone back in action then. Stay active and enjoy the break! Tai Chi classes compliment our strength training classes, run outside in the beautiful mountain air by volunteers time. Cost: Gold coin donation A participant must be a current financial member of Mount Beauty Neighbourhood Centre.
