Service Description
This 45 hr course prepares individuals for roles in the care support industry. Participants will develop essential skills, including communication, empathy and problem solving, to provide quality care. Pathway to further training and/or employment include entry level support work, Cert III in Individual Support. A participant must be a current financial member of Mount Beauty Neighbourhood Centre. (*ACFE subsidised fee, if you are eligible)
Cancellation Policy
Learn Local Course Fee All of Learn Local Course fees are subsidised by ACFE Board subsidised funding. To be eligible for subsidised fee, you must be: an Australian citizen; or a holder of a permanent visa; or a New Zealand citizen; or an Asylum seeker holding a valid visa that confers eligibility for government- subsidised training through the Asylum Seeker VET program 17 years of age and over and not enrolled at school, or under 17 and not enrolled at school with an exemption from school. Course Cancellation Policy A reserved place for any course or activity is only confirmed upon payment of the relevant course fees during office hours. A full refund will be given only if the Neighbourhood Centre cancels the course.
