Haloumi Cheese Making

Service Description

This course provides hands-on training in the art of Haloumi cheese making. Students will learn the principles and techniques of cheese making, including milk selection, culture inoculation, and curd preparation. The course includes safety guidelines and equipment selection, as well as recipe sharing and troubleshooting techniques. The course culminates in a final project showcasing the student's Haloumi cheese-making skills 30-min break for lunch - BYO lunch. All other equipment supplied. A participant must be a current financial member of Mount Beauty Neighbourhood Centre.
